How do I add a new Work Practice that is not in the system to associate it with a new worker?

If, when trying to associate the Work Practice with the worker, it is not available in the system:

1. Go to the Human Resources (HR) section.
2. In this section, select the Work Practices option.
3. In the upper right corner, you will find a button called New Work Practice.

There you can define the name of the practice, the description of the basic functions, and also associate functionalities or permissions as needed.
