To add a customization question to a product:
- Access the product creation or editing page.
Go to the Customization section.
Click the “New question” button.
- Define the question criterion (for example: color, size, format).
- Select the type of response the customer should choose (single selection, multiple, etc.).
- Indicate whether the question is mandatory or optional.
Save the configuration.
The question will be created within the product.
