Yes, you can set specific details for a return on this platform by filling out the fields within the Returns section.
1- In the top menu, go to Products.
2- Select the option: Add products.
3- Select Returns
4- In the question "Does this product have a return?", check the box Yes. This will enable the fields that appear below.
Set the financial and time values. Amount to refund in %: Defines what percentage of the product's total price will be refunded to the customer. If it is a full refund, enter 100. Maximum days to request a return: Sets the time limit the buyer has from receiving the product to initiate the process (for example: 15 or 30 days).
Define the responsibility for costs Who assumes the expenses?: Here you must choose whether the shipping and return handling costs are covered by the Company (Retailworld) or the Customer.
