How do I add funds to my account?

The minimum deposit is $20 USD and must be paid with a credit or debit card. You can do this in two ways:

Option 1: Before purchasing your number

1. In the top menu, go to Company and select Funds. 
2. Click Add funds.
3. Under Deposit amount, enter the amount (minimum $20 USD).
4. If you don't have a card linked yet, click Add new card and enter the details.
5. Click Pay.

Option 2: From the number purchase window

1. Under SMS/MMS messages, click Buy number.
2. If your account has no funds, a notification will appear. Click Add funds.
3. Enter the amount, link a card if you don't have one yet, and click Pay.

Once the deposit has been credited, continue purchasing the number.
