How do I buy more messages when I run out of free ones?

Before purchasing, make sure your balance is positive: you can't buy messages with a negative balance.

  1. In the top menu, go to Tools & Add-ons.
  2. Under the Communication category, select SMS/MMS Messages.
  3. In the top-right corner, click Buy more.
  4. Select your preferred messaging plan.
  5. Confirm the purchase.

In this window, you'll see the available plans and the price of each one.
