If a message appears as Undelivered or Failed, it may be due to:
- Queue overflow: there are more messages waiting to be sent than can be processed.
- Account suspension.
- Media error, in the case of MMS: the photo or URL could not be processed.
We recommend checking your account status and, if it is an MMS, verifying that the photo or URL is correct.
