New tracking options and improvements to email management have been added to make it easier to organize messages, identify actions taken, and improve attachment visibility.
As of this update:
- Email statuses: each email can be marked as Pending, In progress, or Resolved. It is also possible to remove the assigned status.
- Status indicators: the email list displays a colored dot that makes it easy to quickly identify the status of each message.
- Status change history: each change is recorded along with the user who made it and the corresponding date.
- Identification of actions taken: the list distinguishes between emails that have already been replied to and those that have already been forwarded.
- Attachment indicator: emails with attachments from Microsoft accounts now display the corresponding icon in the list.
- Reply and forward subjects: when replying to an email, the subject automatically includes the “Re:” prefix; when forwarding it, it includes “Fwd:”.
This update makes it easier to track and organize emails, identify actions taken, and improve the visibility of information in the message list.
