Plan downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current billing period and can be cancelled before they take effect.
The plan cost is automatically charged against the company's balance. If the charge fails, the system retries and displays a pending payment notification without immediately interrupting service.
Usage exceeding the Free plan's limits is billed per unit based on additional consumption.
Automated emails are sent regarding plan changes, price adjustments, and charges for additional usage.
A usage dashboard has been added to track participant-minutes and recording minutes consumed; it is accessible from both the plan showcase and the Video Meetings section.
Participant management has been implemented, with per-meeting participant limits based on the selected plan. Upon reaching the limit, the system displays a notification, and additional participants receive a message indicating the meeting is full.
Features such as cloud recording, AI transcription, and AI-powered meeting analysis are available depending on the selected plan. When a meeting takes place under the Free plan, the system displays a corresponding notification.
An AI assistant for recordings has been introduced, enabling interaction with the content of recorded meetings.
