Improvements have been introduced to the Amexzone Hub Business Email module to streamline navigation, optimize message searches, improve email management, and provide clearer information about connection and sending errors.
With this update:
- Inbox: The email list loads faster, and the sidebar counter displays the number of unread messages instead of the total number of emails in the folder.
- Sent and Drafts: Email lists display the recipient instead of the sender.
- Informational Messages: When a folder is empty, there are no drafts, or a search returns no results, an informative message is displayed on screen. The interface also indicates when the end of the message list has been reached.
- Email Search: Searches are triggered when leaving the search field, without requiring the user to press Enter. Duplicate searches are also avoided.
- Search Error Handling: If the mailbox does not respond or some messages cannot be retrieved, a specific warning is displayed instead of simply indicating that no results were found.
- Preserving the Selected Folder: When closing the search, the user is returned to the folder from which the search was initiated instead of always being redirected to the Inbox.
- Email Sending: When the server does not respond, notifications distinguish between messages that were not sent and remain unchanged, and messages that the server may have received without confirming delivery. In the latter case, users are advised to check the Sent folder before attempting to resend the message.
- Mailbox Connection Management: When too many connections are open, users are prompted to wait a few seconds before trying again, preventing the screen from remaining blocked without providing feedback.
- Email Configuration: The connection test provides guidance on checking the server, port, and credentials. It also stops waiting indefinitely when the connection details are incorrect.
This update improves business email performance and navigation, makes issues easier to identify, and provides more accurate information for managing messages and connections.
